Wherever you are on your spiritual journey, YTI offers academic programs and resources designed with you in mind.
Are you sensing God’s call to ministry?
YTI courses are taught by professors who have terminal degrees in their fields, have authored articles and books, and have practical relevant ministry experience. They are called to help you find your way in ministry.
Are you simply seeking more knowledge about the Christian faith, world religions, or the other cultural questions of our day?
YTI draws from knowledgeable community members as well as their outstanding faculty to present lecture-discussions on a host of topics that are relevant to all people today.
Are you concerned about affordability or accessibility for your theological education?
Maybe you have a family, children, and a job you can’t afford to leave. Maybe you are already involved in a ministry to which you know God has called you. YTI offers classes in Bozeman, Montana and at our regional center in Bellingham, Washington four times a year for one-week intensive classes followed by five weeks of follow-up course work. You can enroll in five to ten classes a year, depending on your schedule. YTI is also striving to keep theological education affordable. Our courses are 35-50% the cost of the majority of seminaries and divinity schools today.
Do you simply want a different experience in terms of education and practical ministry experience?
The Rocky Mountain Northwest is far from Bible-belt culture, where many seminaries are located. The opportunity to practice theology and ministry in this context is an invaluable experience. The YTI facilities in Bozeman, to be completed by 2017, will contain community gardens, sports facilities, hiking and skiing trails, and other amenities designed to engage the community with the gospel through a variety of activities. There is no better place to pursue theological education than in Bozeman, Montana.
