Collaborative Leadership (Week-Long Intensive)
October 15–19, 2018 | 9:00 AM-12:00 PM | Bozeman, MT
Collaborative Leadership done well is not a “top down” experience but a “horizontal” model. This course explores personal leadership styles while cultivating the ability to influence others through emotionally mutual and stable relationships while coming to understand that leading is as much about learning as it is about direction.
