Doctrines: Basic Christian Beliefs

A set of cognitive affirmations result from the Christian transformation process. As human persons ‘live in Jesus’, they acquire certain perspectives on God that informs how they think and live. These perspectives are called ‘beliefs’ and are taught to others as ‘doctrines’. In this course, the student will become familiar with general doctrinal categories, particular doctrines, and historical approaches to the understanding of these teachings.
