Responsibilities include reconciling and applying appropriate finance codes to bank statement and monthly Visa statement transactions and forwarding to CPA; paying invoices; preparing and monitoring annual budget; preparing and presenting financial statements to the board of directors at quarterly meetings; following policies and maintaining documents for purchasing and travel; review and maintain employment documents; assist new employees with new-hire documentation; maintain personnel folders with necessary documentation; assist president with employee terms of employment; annually review employee handbook; assist Office Administrator as needed. Event organization a plus.
