A Look at YTI’s New Facility at 2030 Stadium Drive in Bozeman

On October 1, 2018, YTI will take up residency at our new temporary facility, located at 2030 Stadium Drive in Bozeman.

Over the past year, YTI has been privileged to reside on the third floor of Grand Avenue Christian Church in downtown Bozeman. However, as with any growing organization, it became apparent that more room was needed to accomplish our mission to train men and women for ministry in a changing culture.

Multi-purpose room at YTI's facility

This multi-use room will be used for chapels, events, dance classes, and a variety of community activities. From the windows, we’ll be able to observe the ongoing development at YTI’s campus on South 19th!

To that end, the YTI board of directors instructed the administrative staff to begin searching for a new facility. Dr. Bill Fowler and Dr. Scott Hamilton came across the 2030 Stadium Drive property. Formerly the location of “Health Balance,” a medical therapy organization, the 9,000 square foot building provides enough space for faculty and administrative offices, as well as two large seminar rooms, a large multi-use room for chapel services and other community use, and a large area for library facilities. The building’s south-facing windows have a good view of the ongoing development at YTI’s campus, located nearby on South 19th.

The facility itself is located between the Montana State University campus and the future YTI campus. It is an easily accessible location for students and visitors. The new property will serve as a quality facility, able to host classes and equipped with the latest technology for off-site students. We are grateful to two of our board members, Karen Gilhousen and Joe Billion, for providing the vision and financing for the property!
