Church: A Theology for the Mission of God

March 20-March 24, 2017   |   9:00am-12:00pm   |   Christ the King Church

Ecclesia – “the called out ones” is the outworking of Christian faith in the life of the individual believer and, more importantly, in the church in particular. In this course, the student moves from a focus on the changed life to changing lives. The course explores the nature of the church as the body of Christ, community life in the Spirit, and the nature of movement, or better, mission, as the vocation of the church. The student finds out that the church is a ‘movement’ empowered and guided by the love of God.
