Matt worked with daily newspapers in Montana for more than 15 years. In addition to his YTI media responsibilities, he serves as music minister at his church. When he’s not building web pages, strumming guitar, or immersed in Puritan writings, you’ll probably find him hiking in the hills with his wife and dogs.

Eric is passionate about helping people discover, discern, and develop into who God created them to be by helping leaders steward their gifting and leveraging their influence. He has spent 12 years in vocational ministry focused on building teams and mobilizing emerging adult leaders in their local church and community. Eric lives in Bellingham, Wash., with his wife Savannah and their three children Isaac, Elli, and Lexi and their new puppy named Hope. He loves coffee, early mornings, and playing the piano.

Kim oversees YTI recruiting efforts in Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, and Arkansas. She has been married to Todd for 30 years, and they have one grown son. Kim enjoys spending time with her family, going to the movies (she’s a huge Harry Potter, Marvel, and Star Wars fan!), traveling, cheering on the Sooners, and volunteering with the Pride of Broken Arrow high school marching band.

Beth is interested in traveling. She hopes that one day she can travel the world either with ballet or some other form of service such as missionary work or teaching English. She also loves the arts whether that be instruments, singing, or dancing. Beth is always interested to explore and learn new things that come her way.
