We live in an increasingly “spiritual but not religious” culture. Not many, however, understand the origin and depth of the Christian spiritual tradition. The course examines the history, practice, and power of the Christian spiritual tradition.

(May be taken as SPR 300 for 2 elective credits in YTI’s Master of Applied Theology and Diploma of Christian Theology programs, or audited for personal enrichment. This course may also be taken as a 10-week course on Thursday evenings from January 10–March 14, 2019.)
