Advanced Spirituality Study – Week 3

January 17, 2019   |  6:00-9:00 PM   |   Bozeman, MT

We live in an increasingly “spiritual but not religious” culture. Not many, however, understand the origin and depth of the Christian spiritual tradition. The course examines the history, practice, and power of the Christian spiritual tradition.

(May be taken as SPR 300 for 2 elective credits in YTI’s Master of Applied Theology and Diploma of Christian Theology programs, or audited for personal enrichment. This course may also be taken as a 1-week intensive from January 28–February 1, 2019.)

Brett DesperBrett Desper (Ph.D. in process, George Fox University; M.Div., Regent College) is lecturer in discipleship and spirituality. Mr. Desper has taught in both the high school and college settings. Surrendering to ministry in the late 1990s, Brett was ordained in the Vineyard Movement in 2005. He is currently working on his Doctorate in Ministry.
