WOR 6304 - A Retro Worship: Back to the Future

In this course, we examine how the rhythms of ancient worship shape our contemporary worship. From the temple songs to the medieval playing tunes to Protestant hymnody, the church’s historical worship provides a rich heritage by which the contemporary church can learn to develop an even richer tapestry. The course provides a foundation for meaningful worship planning, as well as leading the church into a meaningful experience of God. No prerequisites.
