Join us Wednesday evenings this July from 5:30–8:00 p.m. for the Summer Pick-Up Brass! The sessions are open to all high school and college brass students — please bring your instruments, stands, and an appetite. We will conclude with a recital on July 30 at 7pm.

Director—Dr. Jay Smith
Dr. Jay Smith is an accomplished composer and brass musician. He regularly writes music for the MSU band, and taught at the U.S. Naval Academy.
Location — ‘The Barn’
The Summer Pick-Up Brass will be held at the Yellowstone Center campus, located just off Huffine Lane at 83 Rowland Road.
Rehearsal and Recital Dates:
Bring your instrument and your own music stand to our three rehearsals and recital!
