Dr. Tracie Jernigan
Lecturer in Worship Studies
Tracie Jernigan joins YTI on a seasonal basis to lecture in Worship Arts. While she regularly brings her musical and lecturing talents to YTI, Jernigan is also an ordained minister, worship arts pastor, and avid musician, as well as the mother of two young boys. She resides with her family in North Carolina.

Theological Interests
Jernigan’s interests are in curating worship for the contemporary church, training capable worship leaders, the connection of worship to social justice, and the creation of uniquely Christian community in a variety of contexts.
